I love plays like Oprah loves bread. Nothing makes me happier than reading a play full of possibilities. Most of my directing work is focused on new play development or the reimagining of a classic story.

 

Whether directing professional actors or young performers, it's important for me that the artists feel safe enough to bring their whole selves into the space and share their needs and experiences.

I welcome a lively debate in the rehearsal room, prioritizing the physical and emotional safety of the artists. I like work that is transformative, immersive, and community-focused. 

 

There is nothing better than a good stage manager.
